Book 1 of the Original Sinners series and a story that I really enjoyed. The main female character Nora Sutherland is an erotic author and as highly sought after Dominatrix. Desperate to be taken seriously as a writer, she requests the most ruthless editor in the industry. Sparks fly and an attraction begins to blossom. However, this isn’t a typical love story and there are far more aspects to Nora than is immediately apparent. I think it’s one of the best books to read after Fifty Shades of Grey because it sticks to the kink them that you enjoy, but with a twist!
In this book, Sophie opens up about the reality of being a female submissive. The story is gripping, entertaining and at times laugh out loud funny. I couldn’t put it down! If you looking for books to read after Fifty Shades of Grey, this is another great choice.
The Perfect Submissive is a story which I have added to my ‘must read’ list. Kay Jaybee is one of my favourite authors and has dozens of gripping short stories on Amazon and in several Anthologies. This was her first full-length novel and according to the reviews, it’s a cracker! I actually gave this book to a lady who was struggling with low libido, needless to say she masturbated for the first time in years whilst reading this naughty book. Its a great book to read after Fifty Shades of Grey.
When Hollywood starlet Katrina Quin is caught having a steamy affair with a married co-star she flees home to Yorkshire to avoid the extensive press interest. Drawn back into a time when life was simpler, she sets upon the arduous task of clearing out her Grandmothers old cottage. She hires a local handy man, Ryan to assist her but vows to keep him at arms length. Unbeknown to Ryan, Katrina has a powerful secret, one that will tear tentative friendship apart. What could it be?
Hailed as a more sophisticated version of Fifty Shades of Grey, Bared to You follows the story of incredibly rich Gideon and beautiful Eva who embark on a passonate and all consuming relationship (sound familiar?). The plot is racy, the characters gripping and the storyline is addictive. What more do you need. This is another brilliant series of books to read after Fifty Shades of Grey.
With over 20 years of writing experience, Zak Jane Keir knows a thing or two about Erotica. She gave me some interesting insights into BDSM apparatus during her Smut Manchester workshop and certainly opened my eyes. As soon as i discovered she had an Ebook out on release I added it to my reading list.
Black Heart centres around the relationship between Rosa and Daniel. Rosa has a kinky past which ended badly and she embarks upon a fresh start as a pub landlady. A handsome new barman Daniel reignites a passion that she is desperate to keep buried, but will she succumb to her natural desires. What’s the secret between Daniel and the drummer in his band and what happens when it all begins to unravel?
This is a great book which gripped me from the start. As a writer, Abby is amusing, quick witted and easily draws the reader into this explosive memoir of sex and the single girl. Abby invites you along to follow her fascinating journey of raunchy romps, exciting encouters and fabulous flops. You’ll laugh out loud and cringe along to this brilliant read, i loved it.
We were treated to a snippet of Volume 3 of the Keyholder Kink omnibus at Smut Manchester. You could have heard a key drop in the silence because the whole room was rivited. Charlie’s writing style was easy to follow, incredibly naughty and the story had the audience hooked.
Another one added to my list.
Another one of my favourite writers KD Grace, isn’t just warm and engaging in person but is also ETO’s best erotic author of 2014. The Inititation of Miss Holly centres around Rita Holly, a journalist who has an unexpected liason with the mysterious Edward when their train breaks down. He invites her to become initiated at The Mount, an exclusive members only club with a dark secret.
Determined to write an expose the club to save her job as a journalist, Rita agrees to attend but doesnt count on the intoxicating pull of Edward. Slowly she becomes deeper entrenched in the mysteries of the Mount but what will she choose. Her head or her heart?
An advocate for full figured heroines, Lucy tells the story of the curvy Alice Brown who lands a dream job as Property Manager whilst her predeccessor is on maternity leave. Desperate to further her career, she readily agrees to follow certain conditons in order to keep her job after being caught eavesdropping on the owner and his head of security. However, these conditions have a saucy twist…. is it true that three’s a crowd?
A new title by the prolific Lucy Felthouse and one to add to the kindle.
